The U.S. Customer survey provides customer (OEMs, CEMs and Distributors) evaluations of forty (40) connector companies on a series of questions about company performance i.e. price, lead times, delivery quality, technical capability, etc. In total, there are fifteen questions asked. Customer evaluations are segmented by connector company, question, job function of evaluator (engineer, purchasing and other), and end use market of the evaluator. All connector companies are ranked in total and by question. The names of the valuators are identified and linked to the connector company that was evaluated. There were 388 customer evaluations in the 2006 survey. |
